4. You must complete the KYC (Know Your Customer) process before making your first winnings withdrawal. Required documents include your identity card and proof of current address.
5. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the AWN88 platform complies with the laws and regulations applicable in your location.

3. Deposits, Withdrawals and Payments

Deposit:

• The minimum deposit is RM10 for most payment methods. Deposits are processed within 60 seconds and credited to your account balance automatically.
• Accepted deposit methods include FPX, DuitNow QR, Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, ShopeePay, bank transfer, and cryptocurrency.
• All deposits must be made from a bank account or digital wallet registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party sources are not accepted and will be returned.

Withdrawal:

• The minimum withdrawal is RM30 for most methods. Withdrawals are processed within 1 to 24 hours depending on the chosen method.
• Members who have not completed the KYC process have a cumulative withdrawal limit of up to RM500. Once KYC is completed, no withdrawal limit applies.
• Withdrawals may only be made to a bank account or digital wallet registered in your name and verified through the KYC process.
